Just write it out
Do just that.
- Write out everything you love about yourself, others and then yourself again
- then on a separate sheet of paper write out everything you are frustrated, upset, angry and mad at and why...
- it can be about a person, a job, a situation or anything else
- once complete rip it up and throw it out
- you don't want to keep that negative energy with you
- let it out and release it
