Just write it out

Do just that.  

  • Write out everything you love about yourself, others and then yourself again  
  • then on a separate sheet of paper write out everything you are frustrated, upset, angry and mad at and why...
    • it can be about a person, a job, a situation or anything else
    • once complete rip it up and throw it out
      • you don't want to keep that negative energy with you
      • let it out and release it
