Hydrate yourself

WATER 

Drink only water today.  This is your mission for the day.  You got this.  

Our bodies are 70% water.

Most of the beverages we drink each day actually dehydrate us.  Coffee is a diuretic and you will not only release water but precious minerals along with it.

Drinking water has so many health benefits, here are a few...

  • improves skin complexion
  • maintains regularity
  • flushes out toxins

Try to sip water throughout the day.  Put a timer on so that you're reminded to drink water each hour.  Ideally look to drink at least 6 o 8 glasses of water per day.

Note:  at first you may have a few more trips to the washroom, but that will adjust over time.
