Just write it out

Do just that.  

  • Write out everything you love about yourself, others and then yourself again  
  • then on a separate sheet of paper write out everything you are frustrated, upset, angry and mad at and why...
    • it can be about a person, a job, a situation or anything else
    • once complete tear it up and throw it out
      • DO NOT KEEP IT
      • release it and the energy that goes with it
      • know that you will feel a great sense of release now that it is out of your mind, body and soul
