TAKE TIME TO STOP AND FOCUS ON YOUR BREATHE.  AT LEAST TWICE PER HOUR (SET A TIMER IF NECESSARY) STOP AND DRINK SOME WATER AND TAKE 3 TO 5 LONG DEEP BREATHS.
